COVID-19 Temporary Closure FAQs

Question 1: What if my voucher (TITO?) expires while the casino is temporarily closed?

Answer: We are extending the expiration date to 12/31/2020 for machine payout vouchers that were valid during the closure.  Please bring your voucher with to the casino cage you once the property reopens and will be happy to cash it.

Question 2:  What happens to my direct mail offers while you’re closed? Will I get new offers once you’ve opened again?

Answer:  Once we are able to resume daily operations, we will be sending a new set of offers for your future visits.  If you had offers valid at the time of the closure, we will see that you also have offers in time for our re-opening.  Be sure to check your email for any updates on our re-opening schedule.

Question 3:  Are the April and May casino promotions cancelled?

Answer: All casino promotions and events are postponed during this temporary closure period. If you earned entries into a promotion that was cancelled, we will honor your entries in a future promotion.  Additionally, we will provide updates via our website, social media, mail and email where applicable, as more information becomes available.

Question 4: What happens to my players club card while you’re closed?

Answer:  Your players club card will remain active during the temporary closure. All point balances will be kept in your account, and any tier points you have earned will be honored when normal operations resume.  We will be postponing our normal club upgrade schedule to give players the opportunity to earn their tier status as if the closure never occurred.  The club cycle will be extended for a comparable number of days to the closure time frame.

Question 6:  What happens to my players club card once you reopen?

Answer:  When the casino reopens your players club card will work as usual, without interruption.  You will be able earn points, entries or other benefits immediately once daily operations resume. Points that were accumulated prior to the temporary closure can be redeemed as usual.
