River Rock Casino’s Response to COVID-19 and Our Commitment to You

On behalf of our over 300 team members at River Rock Casino, we want to thank you for being part of our River Rock Community. The fact that you trust us as your entertainment destination motivates us to deliver the highest levels of service and experience to you.

Safety is our priority.  We build safety into everything we do as a company.   This is at the forefront of our decision making in any challenge, including the concerns posed by coronavirus (COVID-19).

As COVID-19 continues to spread in the U.S. and across the globe, I want to share some of the steps we are taking and to let you know what River Rock Casino is doing in response.

River Rock’s number one priority is the well-being of our community, our guests and our team members. We have implemented the following measures to reduce the risks of COVID-19:

·         Cleanliness is of the upmost importance during these times.  We have increased cleaning and sanitizing in high frequency areas:              including slot machines, surfaces, bathrooms and floors.

·         We are providing sanitizing wipes for guest access.

·         Actively monitoring our Team Member’s health and directing them to remain at home if they have any symptoms of illness.

 Proactively monitoring the COVID-19 public health situation: assessing the situation daily, and follow all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers  for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), State and local authorities.

Be assured that while we focus on the health and safety of our community, we remain committed to our service. We have taken steps to ensure we can continue to deliver the level of quality, and services you are accustomed to from us during these unique circumstances.

As of today, authorities have not announced travel restrictions to any destinations in the U.S., including Northern California and Sonoma County wine country.   We will continue to monitor these restrictions closely as we remain open for business.

Our commitment to providing our community a safe gaming experience has been our primary goal and our privilege to deliver to you for almost two decades.  Your confidence in River Rock Casino inspires us to deliver the safe experience you have always known from us.
