River Rock has been carefully monitoring WHO, CDC, OSHA, state and local agencies concerning the COVID-19 virus and has taken and will continue to take actions to ensure the safety and health of all our employees and guests. Our goal is to continue service with as little disruption as possible while ensuring coordination and standardized methodologies of precautionary procedures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
River Rock Casino is open!
The Casino will be a non-smoking indoor facility until further notice. Outdoor smoking will be in designated areas with clear signage.
We've updated our mask policy. Effective immediately the CDC recommends the following are no longer acceptable as face coverings :Masks with vents, gaiter masks and bandanas will not be permitted. If your mask does not meet the current guidelines, we will provide you with an approved mask to enter the casino.
Slots will be implementing the guidance provided by Cal/OSHA Guidance Requirement to Protect Workers from Coronavirus and the CDC guidance for businesses and employers:
Slot Floor Physical Distancing: Guests are welcome to game at slot machines. Clear Plexiglass shields will be placed between some machines and other machines will be taken “out of service” to encourage social distancing on the casino floor.
For our Loyal Club Members, we will be rescheduling any promotions during this closure to a later date. Promotion entries you have earned will be made available for later use. Any TITO tickets you were unable to cash can be redeemed on your next visit until 12/31/2020. Your club points will remain active, your current tier status will remain in place. Starting January 1st 2021 we will once again return to the rule/regulation below.
-Inactivity of six (6) months may result in expiration of benefits. Points and comps will remain for twelve (12) months from date earned before expiration.
